Knowing Your Value and Giving It Its Due

Innocence is the fundamental characteristic of the period from birth to adolescence. Every child is innocent. For this reason, a child is not held responsible for his mistake and has no criminal liability. Once the child becomes different and distinct (the ability to notice and be responsible: the ability to distinguish good from bad and the curve directly, to see and choose) with the growth of age, the child becomes responsible.

From adolescence to middle age. Care should be taken to appreciate and give justice to youth, biological/spiritual health and free time in the part of life that lasts up to 100 years. During this period, human beings engage in individual efforts to improve their quality of life: completing their education and getting a diploma/profession, starting a business, making a living by earning money, establishing a family by getting married, continuing their generation by having children, owning property by buying a house/car/shop... to be. All these pursuits are the beauties of worldly life. While some people reach satisfaction in a short time, some people are insatiable and accumulate and accumulate throughout their lives. At the end of this period, an anxiety begins in the person's inner world and he begins to search for new ones.

Middle age is the time to appreciate existing assets and give them their due. The move from individuality to being a social being begins. A person tries to be beneficial to society by sharing his assets (material, knowledge, experience, power, etc.) with people: association-foundation affairs, politics, social projects, getting involved in groups in different fields... The priority is not his own interests, but the interests of the society. “The pleasure of getting richer as you give” distracts the person from his inner anxiety. This state of well-being is also temporary.

As we get older, death, which has been kept under wraps for years, comes to mind. In order to appreciate life and give it its due, preparations are made for the absolute truth. Worldly life is temporary, it is a testing ground. With years of experience, a person turns to the spiritual field. He searches for a solution to his inner anxiety in line with what he learned in his past: some become "sages who sold their Ferraris", some retreat under the wings of Buddhism in Nepal, some become Sufis, some organize their lives as a mosque/church/synagogue community in their own way.

Some people take years to acquire the skill of knowing their value and giving their due, while others do it in a short time. Sometimes the early bird gets on the road lir. Sometimes, the one who falls on the road later passes the one who is on the road. Only God knows who is what.
