*Applying ice for 15 minutes 4 times a day
*Knee brace, bandage etc.
In the long term
*Medication therapy
*Physical therapy
*Raising awareness of the person about using the knee joint correctly in daily activities
*Appropriate exercise program arranged by a doctor or physiotherapist
*Weight loss and choosing appropriate shoes

WHEN TO HAVE SURGERY?

If there is no response to medication, rest and physical therapy
If daily living activities and sports life are affected
