There are many complications that can cause problems during pregnancy. Some are more common. The most common complications:
Ectopic Pregnancy
The risk of ectopic pregnancy increases due to infection such as chlamydia, pelvic inflammatory disease and sexually transmitted diseases. The risk also increases in women with endometriosis.
Ectopic pregnancy can result in serious bleeding, severe groin pain, and death if neglected.
It needs to be treated with emergency surgery or medication if appropriate.
Blood Incompatibility
Rh factor is a protein found around red blood cells. In the absence of this protein, it is Rh (-).
If the mother is Rh (-) and the baby isRh (+) and if the baby's blood passes to the mother, antibodies against the Rh (+) factor form in the mother. If this happens in the early stages of pregnancy, destruction begins in the blood cells of this baby, and if it happens at birth, the blood cells of the next baby begin.

Group B Streptococcal Infection
The most common infection in the newborn. significant infection.
Can be cultured during pregnancy.

Diabetes in Gestation (Gestational Diabetes)
Gestational diabetes is a condition in which insulin production decreases. It occurs due to insufficiency
It usually starts in the 2nd trimester
If it cannot be treated with diet, no medication is used. It is treated with insulin (injection).
Low Birth Weight
It occurs in malnutrition, smoking, alcohol and illegal drug use.
It can be seen in sexually transmitted diseases or infectious diseases
If premature birth occurs, the baby may need to stay in the hospital for 3-4 months.
In low birth weight babies, respiratory tract infection, blindness, learning problems, cerebral Palsy and heart disease are more common.
