Septorhinoplasty surgery is a surgery to correct both nasal deformity and breathing function. Blows to the nose at a young age can disrupt the function of the nose. In addition to breathing problems, the shape of the nose can be made compatible with the face. Nose surgery takes approximately 2-3 hours. It is performed under general anesthesia. It can be done with open or closed technique depending on the nose shape. Depending on the procedure performed on the patient, an intranasal tampon and a splint may be placed outside the nose at the end of the surgery. Removing the new generation nasal tampons is not as uncomfortable as the old ones. It is usually removed on the 2nd day. The splint is only on the nose and is removed on the 7th day. Patients return to work life within 7-10 days on average. 80% of nasal edema disappears within the first month. But it reaches its final shape within 6 months - 1 year.

The young face has a full and tense appearance. Over time, our facial fat tissue decreases and hangs down. Weak facial structure can cause a dense and aged appearance. Fillers or fat injection can be applied for a youthful appearance.
Fat tissue is removed from the abdomen or inner leg by liposuction method and injected into the areas where it is needed. Since it is your own fat tissue, it looks natural and your body does not react. It is permanent at a rate of approximately 60%. It expands with weight gain and becomes thinner with weight loss. Fat injection can be performed almost anywhere on the face where it is deemed necessary. Cheeks, forehead, chin, rim lines and temples are the most frequently applied areas. Fat injection is also used to correct congenital or post-accident depressions on the face. Fat injection is most commonly performed on the face area. �r.
