Group Therapies are therapies where people from different characters, beliefs and environments who experience the same ailments, the same troubles and the same problems come together and talk about their problems.
Especially in Panic Disorder, the biggest problem that patients experience is that they try to explain to others many different symptoms that even they cannot understand, and that they think that no one understands or experiences these physical symptoms. Sharing, seeing the different methods that different people use when an attack occurs, and sharing their own methods provide excellent support to the individual therapy process of Panic Disorder patients.
Group therapies consisting of a minimum of 5 people can be done once a month for an average of 15 days.
