How can we think solution-oriented?

We make choices throughout our lives: choosing a spouse, choosing a job, choosing a house, choosing a friend... Most of the time, we just make a decision, ignoring what we will encounter at the end of these choices. So much so that sometimes, some of our choices are not made by ourselves, but rather by our parents or someone else, because this way we acquire less responsibility. While our lives are finding direction with the choices we make, we must first decide whether our thoughts will be solution-oriented or problem-oriented.

We must proceed by trying to find out in which direction our thoughts are more active. How do we first react to a situation or event? Staying in the circle of reasons prevents you from making the right decisions. You need to determine whether you are taking action only with an accusatory approach or constructively. Constantly blaming oneself weakens one's ability to produce solutions. Then you need to decide what should I do in this situation now? The past is over, the future is not yet clear; Then you should try to stay in the moment and take action. The feelings of "infinity" and "continuity", which are the basic needs of the human soul, are satisfied by living in the moment. The human soul does not want to be constrained by either the end of the past or the wonders of the future. That's why I wonder, "What do I do now to make sure I'm taking the right step?" A solution can be found by focusing on the question.

Life is guided by our choices. However, there is a problem that most of the time we cannot face the responsibilities that our choices bring to us. That's why we either deny the responsibilities/problems, or act indifferently, or we transfer them to someone else, we don't take responsibility. However, even if we made some of our decisions by force, even if we made them at the request of our elders, we made that choice. We must also be prepared for the troubles or tasks that will come with it. If we can shape our expectations accordingly, we will realize that we are stronger. For example, while we love someone very much and take them into our lives, we should be able to consider that one day we may be harmed by that person. We must have alternatives to what may happen as a result of the choices we make. Therefore, when we encounter a problem, we should be more mature and have a solution. It may be easier to act wisely.
