CONSUME MEALS CONTAINING ALL FOOD GROUPS: Your meals should include all 4 food groups (meat group). , milk-yoghurt group, vegetable-fruit group, grain group).

DIET RICH IN VITAMIN C: Orange, kiwi. Add vitamin C sources such as strawberry, red pepper, tangerine and parsley to your diet.

ADD BETA GLUCANS TO YOUR DIET: Beta-glucans are fibers that strengthen your immune system. It is found in foods such as oats, baker's yeast and mushrooms. Add sourdough bread and oats to your diet.
