1. Session
In the first session, a balloon or balloons called tissue expanders are used. These balloons have many options in terms of shape and volume. In addition, the balloon appropriate to the condition of the baldness on the head is selected and the procedure is applied accordingly.
This balloon is then placed on the bald area or sparse scalp. This balloon is periodically inflated with serum for a certain period of time, allowing the healthy scalp on it to expand, the number of cells in the skin to increase and gain volume. This phenomenon causes an edema-like appearance under the scalp, especially approximately 3 weeks or 1 month after the first swelling.

2. Session
If the scalp gains enough volume within approximately 2 months after the first application, the skin expanded with the next operation is used to cover the balding area around it. Thus, the function of tissue expansion and camouflage is achieved.
After a part or all of the hairless skin is removed, a piece of skin containing scalp is cut from one end, while it is attached to the body, and lifted in the opposite direction. This process is called stripping process. In this way, the skin is stitched to its new location while normal blood flow is ensured.
