You can have shapely legs in 5 steps
We are in the period when skinny legs and slim trousers are the most fashionable. Smooth legs are a must for colorful slim trousers. You can have smoother legs with just 5 exercises a day. All you need is a chair.
Here are the exercises:
FIRST EXERCISE: We stand next to the chair with our right foot on it. Then, in one move, we get on the chair and pull our left knee up to our stomach. Then we slowly go down. We repeat the same movement on the other side.
SECOND EXERCISE: We take a push-up position with our palms on the floor and our feet on the chair. We pull our right knee up to our belly, then extend it and lift it straight back. We repeat the same movement on the other side.
THIRD EXERCISE: In the supine position, we place our feet on the chair while our arms are next to the body. Then we lift our hips up until our body becomes a straight line. We are building a kind of bridge. We count to 5, release slowly.
FOURTH EXERCISE: We place our feet on the chair in a supine position. We take the bridge position by lifting our hips up. Then we lift one leg straight up. We count to 5. We gently place it on the chair. Be careful not to let your hips fall down. We repeat the same movement on the other side.
FIFTH EXERCISE: We turn our back to the chair. We place our left foot back on the chair while our right leg is straight in front. Then we bend our right knee and stretch forward. However, we make sure that our left foot remains on the chair. We repeat the same movement on the other side.
You can do 30 repetitions of the movements in 3 sets a day. Be careful not to hold your breath during exercises. When you get tired, be sure to take a break for a few seconds.
