How about gaining weight in a healthy way?

For some of us, gaining weight is so simple that we are surrounded by people who say that no matter what we eat, it helps, even if I drink water, I gain weight. However, there are some of us who complain about not gaining weight no matter what they eat. Many reasons such as genetic predispositions, the working order of hormones, sleep patterns, gender, nutrition style have a say in our appetite metabolism. So, is it impossible for these people to gain weight? Of course not!
