Apple Cider Vinegar

Yes, my only clients and dear followers. Today, I want to talk about a subject that everyone asks curiously. Is apple cider vinegar useful? What is its use or is it harmful?
Before getting into the subject, I would like to point out that there is no miracle food. In other words, statements such as "I drank apple cider vinegar, it made me lose weight this much" or "apple cider vinegar burns fat" do not actually reflect the truth.

As for the truth of the matter; Yes, as someone who has used apple cider vinegar many times, I will tell you about its benefits and harms. First of all, those who have stomach problems such as gastritis, gastric ulcer, gastroesophageal reflux, please do not try apple cider vinegar. It will negatively affect your stomach discomfort due to its low pH and acidic properties. Well, if we don't have such a disease, can you consume it as you wish? Our answer is, of course, no.

Rather than consuming apple cider vinegar plain, it is better to consume it in your salads or by diluting it with water. Let's see what science says about apple cider vinegar, especially with its effect on preventing fat in the abdominal area. And I would like to express my endless gratitude to the dietician world for compiling these studies.

“There have been a few studies investigating the effects of apple cider vinegar on humans, but they are not very comprehensive.
International Journal of Dentistry and Oral Health. In a study published in the journal, it was observed that apple cider vinegar given to a patient with type-2 diabetes twice a day for 7 days had antifungal and antimicrobial effects.

In another study, obese and overweight individuals (n=39) were given 250 calories more than their daily intake. With a low diet program, 30 ml of apple cider vinegar was given per day for 12 weeks. At the end of 12 weeks, significant decreases were observed in the participants' BMI, body fat ratio, hip circumference, appetite score, TG, and Total Cholesterol levels. In addition, the level of HDL, which is considered good cholesterol, increased. In the study published in the Journal of Medicinal Food, giving apple cider vinegar to mice fed with high fat every day for 9 weeks reduced oxidative stress and increased vitamin E activity in mice. In addition, Serum Cholesterol, LDL, VLDL levels also decreased.

A study conducted on patients with type -2 diabetes. In one study, a team of 46 people was divided into 2 groups. 26 people were given 15 ml of apple cider vinegar before lunch. Water was given to 20 people. As a result, a decrease was observed in the patients' TG, Cholesterol, Fasting Blood Sugar and VLDL levels.
