Antioxidant Filling

Hyaluronic acid fillers are the most used filler type for facial volumization today. Each brand has its own cross-linking technology. There are also fillers reinforced with supporting substances other than hyaluronic acid.

Hyaluronic acid fillers are destroyed by the human body from the first moment they are injected. The increased metabolic process (oxidative stress) that occurs in the tissue, especially in the first 2 weeks, causes an average of 30% of the injected filler to be rapidly destroyed. This is the most important reason for patient dissatisfaction after filler application.

Antioxidant filler, as its name suggests, contains "mannitol", a powerful antioxidant. In this way, the rapid destruction process mentioned above is not seen in antioxidant filling application. Therefore, the permanence of antioxidant filling application is higher.

Antioxidant filling differs from other hyaluronic acid fillings with the special cross-linking technology (IPN like technology) it contains. Thanks to this technology, it provides perfect harmony with the tissue in a short time after the filling application. The presence of the filler is not felt in facial movements or when touched.

The features mentioned above distinguish the antioxidant filler from classical fillers. Thanks to these features, it is possible to achieve natural and long-lasting results.

Antioxidant filler has different concentrations for each part of the face. The product in the lip area is known as “French Kiss lip filler”.
