Obsessive-compulsive disorder (obsession disease): Our shadow side resembles the animalistic side that Freud calls id or id. OCD, which means obsession-compulsive disorder, involves extreme fear of one's shadow. It is a kind of psychological immune system malfunction. It arises from our superego, which is the divine aspect, not being able to accept the shadow. The least dirt is found in obsessives, but the soul is very white in color and shows more dirt.
Obsessive personality disorder: It is an attempt to compensate for those who feel very incomplete and therefore feel very insecure about the world. Its difference from dependent personality is the fear of uncertainty rather than loneliness and the difference in defense against it. It is the desire to transform the incompleteness and uncertainty of purgatory into the fullness of heaven. It is a quest to establish an angelic or childlike world after being unable to integrate with the shadow. Because the conscience is felt too guilty about the calibration failure, the initiative is either very difficult or unnecessarily overused to compensate. This situation causes great energy loss. Although the tendency towards forbidden fruit or humor is generally low, it is abundant in some groups as compensation.
