Heart diseases due to magnesium deficiency are more common in alcoholic people. It has been determined that magnesium deficiency increases blood clotting. In addition, since cigarettes have the same effect, the need is greater in smokers. This paves the way for cardiovascular diseases. In excessive magnesium deficiency, disorders occur in the nervous system. It is life-threatening. Magnesium deficiency during pregnancy increases the risk of premature birth by increasing uterine contractions.
