Ways to Get Out of Payment

What is edema, why does it occur and how is it eliminated? Let's look at it and apply it together in this article.

Edema is the accumulation of fluid between the tissues and under the skin as a result of the fluid circulating in the veins leaking out of the veins. Water distribution in the body must be balanced in the muscle cell and the area used. However, for various reasons such as excess weight, stress, and increase in toxins, the body's lymph channels become blocked and the water that needs to be removed from the body cannot be drained, causing edema.

Payment that does not occur due to any disease;

While edema is a temporary problem in people who are close to their ideal weight, it becomes a problem that needs to be dealt with for a longer time in people whose body weight is high. Therefore, it is possible to get rid of edema in the body as you lose weight. What are the ways to get rid of edema, which causes swelling in our body due to reasons such as weight gain, stress, increase in toxic substances, and also causes weight gain on the scale?

1. REDUCE THE AMOUNT OF SALT CONSUMED
            First of all, you should reduce the salt you use in your meals. In all the foods we eat; meat, bread, cheese etc. All foods contain certain amounts of salt. Even when we don't get it from outside, our body meets its need for salt through the food we consume. The salt content of foods such as canned foods, pickled foods, pickles, ready-made soups, chips, and salted biscuits is quite high. Consumption of such foods should be limited and even removed from the dinner table and the amount used in meals should be reduced. You can use lots of spices in your meals to get more flavor.

2. INCREASE WATER CONSUMPTION
            If we drink less water, the body will retain its own water since there is no liquid coming in, so fluid loss from the body will be less. There will be swelling and edema in the body. Also, if we do not drink water; Edema is inevitable due to problems such as circulation problems and cellulite. That's why you should drink at least 2.5-3 liters of liquid during the day. Since we do not think of coffee and tea as liquids, and since a cup of coffee / a glass of tea will remove a glass of water from the body, we should drink 2 glasses of water after drinking tea or coffee in order to prevent dehydration and to get a positive result. You can follow whether you drink enough water by the color of your urine. A light color means you have drunk enough water.

3. WEIGHTEWEIGHT ON EDMEDIMAC FOODS
            In your meals, choose dark green leafy vegetables and fruits that have anti-edema properties, such as lettuce, spinach, parsley, arugula, lettuce and cucumber, thanks to their pulp content such as cherries, pears, kiwis, pineapples and apricots. You should use fruits that relieve edema. Boiling and drinking cinnamon in our milk or with cloves will help remove excess water from our body.

4. INCREASE POTASSIUM
            Potassium regulates and regulates especially the sodium-potassium balance, that is, the salt and water ratios within the cell. Therefore, increasing potassium in the diet will draw the water between the cells into the cells and cause edema to decrease. Apricots, bananas, spinach, dark green leafy vegetables such as purslane, legumes (dried broad beans, black-eyed peas, lentils, chickpeas, kidney beans, dried beans), walnuts and almonds are foods rich in potassium.

5. INCREASE PHYSICAL ACTIVITY
            Sports should take part in every moment of our lives for health. When you remain inactive, blood circulation slows down, which can cause circulatory system diseases such as edema and cellulite. That's why you should definitely adopt a regular and active lifestyle by doing a sport you love for 45-50 minutes at least 3-4 days a week.
