The underlying reasons may be many emotional states such as stress, intense work pressure, exam stress, success anxiety, boredom, loneliness, parental attitudes, longing, loss, mourning, inadequacy, anxiety, a traumatic event and even happiness. Or the person may not be aware of these reasons that lead him to eating behavior. He just feels a feeling of emptiness and eats to relieve the feeling of emptiness inside him.

Whether the person is aware of the negative emotions that disturb him or not, the main reason that leads the person to eating behavior is actually to feed his emotions.
