Diet is actually the process of implementing healthy eating principles. The best
time for such a process is the shortest time. You must feel completely ready for this process, convince yourself that you will lose weight, and be strong-willed.
When you just start a diet, motivation is generally high in the first days and determination is strong.
Because the initial excitement helps motivate you. is sufficient. You wonder how much weight you will lose in the first week.
And with the excitement of this, you embrace the diet with all four hands and comply completely. However, usually after 1-2 days, the “new” eating habit begins to conflict with the usual lifestyle. Old habits are missed, and the thought that nothing will come of one comes to your mind.
When you start the diet on Monday, in the following days, such as Thursday, Friday, that is, towards the weekend, the desire to eat things that are not on the diet list may reduce the motivation for the diet. For this reason, I do not find the classic practice of starting a diet on Monday very sound. For example, you decided to lose weight on Friday and you are willing to do so. But will you say that today is not Monday and eat unhealthy foods for 2 more days? This is one of the biggest mistakes made and it creates the perception that I am starting a diet anyway and now I have to eat more of everything I want. However, if you start the diet on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday or Saturday and get through the weekend without any accidents with high motivation, this renewed confidence will be very good for you. You say, "Yes, I can do this job, I can continue to eat healthy." Another reason is; Whenever you feel completely ready, you should start the diet. If you are not prepared to start a diet, if you cannot convince yourself, the desire to continue the diet gradually disappears. What matters is what you want. Ask yourself, what do you want? And then take firm steps forward on this path by setting short-term goals.
