Vaginismus Treatment: Vaginismus, which is seen in one in every 10 women in our country, is known as the inability to have sexual intercourse in women and is mostly of psychological origin. This problem negatively affects the married life of couples and prevents them from having a baby. Most women who have vaginismus problems can overcome this problem after a treatment period of approximately 10-12 sessions. In some cases, even 2-3 sessions can eliminate this problem.
Psycho-Training: These are the trainings given to couples who will start treatment for the first time, especially to prepare them for the processes they will be in. In these trainings, the psychological changes that infertility and its treatment can cause on couples are especially discussed. At the same time, it is aimed to provide a perspective on how to evaluate the current stages of treatment from a psychological perspective.
Mind-Body Exercises: These exercises are divided into two: "Muscle Relaxation" and "Breathing" exercises. It aims to make the treatment process healthier by alleviating the physical effects of stress observed in most patients in infertility treatment.
