What causes bad breath?
p>
The most important cause of bad breath is dry mouth and insufficient oral hygiene.
Food residues remaining on the surface of the tongue and between the teeth cause odor. Dental floss and tongue cleaner should be used in cases where only brushing teeth cannot provide oral hygiene.
Caries in the mouth, old fillings, sources of inflammation, and gum infection can also cause bad breath. Routine checks should be performed.
Bad odor and breath odor should not be confused. Foods such as onion, garlic and spices cause bad breath, and as long as the mouth and tongue are completely cleaned and these foods are not eliminated from the body, the smell will continue.
There is acetone in the mouth. If there is a smell like n., this may be the cause of diabetes. If there is a fishy smell, this may be the cause of kidney failure.
To get rid of bad breath, we should brush our teeth at least twice in our daily routine oral care, use dental floss, consume plenty of water and brush the tongue. We must give space.
