On Coping with Stress

In addition, increasing the number of things we enjoy doing and making us feel good and the frequency of doing them will also help us cope with stressful situations.

>Exercising, walking, eating a balanced diet, paying attention to sleep patterns, setting goals and making plans, relaxation exercises, and socializing are other important points that can be recommended.

However, despite all the recommended methods, some stressors have a significant impact on a person's daily life. It can affect people and cause them to experience various psychological problems. When such a situation occurs, seeking therapy will be one of the most correct and important steps to take. Because high levels of stress cause many physiological diseases, and as a result, the person may no longer be able to manage the stress.

Some of the physical diseases caused by high levels of stress that cannot be coped with are: stomach problems, intestinal problems, headaches, heart diseases, sleeping and eating problems.
