Psychotherapy

People are active in many areas of life. They take part in their family, school, work and social lives in different ways. Sometimes they exist in life as mother, father, child, sometimes student, teacher, friend, etc. They live, they communicate with other people, and as life goes by, they may naturally experience some difficulties. These problems can sometimes occur in family life, sometimes in business life; Sometimes they may have problems with their friends, and sometimes something may happen in their school life. In summary, sometimes they may experience small things and sometimes things that are difficult to bear.

Life is a long road and it is normal for every person to have ups and downs. When you are so active in so many areas of life and communicating with people, it is the healthiest choice to get support instead of exaggerating the problems you experience internally. Mental distress, relationship problems or unsolvable problems do not show that a person is weak. It is very normal for every person to sometimes need to talk, to explain themselves, to be understood or to understand themselves, and at this point, it is best for the person to tell about themselves to be an outside eye, someone who has been trained in this field and with whom a safe relationship can be established, without judging or giving advice.

At this point, meeting with a psychologist and receiving psychotherapy is actually the same as finding a specialist and getting treatment when there is a physical illness. Because psychologists are experts to be consulted for the solution of mental illnesses, troubles and problems. While psychologists accompany the person on the journey to explain themselves, solve their problems, and protect their mental health, they determine a path for the process within the framework of trust, understanding and respect. With the training they have received, they walk together with the client within the framework of trust and understanding, without judging or giving advice.

Psychologists actually know that mental health affects physical health in psychotherapy, and they apply a treatment that progresses through bilateral communication and talking in order to understand and solve the person's attitudes, feelings and behaviors towards himself or the people around him. Psychotherapy may be just to solve daily problems, perhaps problems in human relations, perhaps psychological disorders such as depression, anxiety, etc., or just to talk. It is a path taken in order to be listened to, understood and even to understand oneself, and psychologists accompany the person with whatever expectations he sets out on this path and help the person while satisfying the needs deep in his soul.
