Forehead Filling

Forehead filling applications are of two types depending on the treatment target. The first is a relatively superficial application targeting expression lines, the other application is forehead shaping and obtaining a more rounded appearance from the side profile.

Forehead lines are similar to palm lines, and the lines on the forehead are actually like our destiny. With advancing age, these lines tend to increase. When the eyebrows are raised, forehead lines become visible. Skin thickness is important in making forehead lines visible. However, some people who have dry skin or have dry skin may have prominent forehead lines even if they do not raise their eyebrows.

It is not always necessary to apply filler to forehead lines. For example, filler is not applied to inconspicuous lines and confusion when your face is motionless or at rest, that is, when you are not making facial expressions.

Forehead Shaping with Filler

The desired appearance in the forehead area is to obtain a round appearance from the side profile. A bumpy appearance occurs on the forehead of people with prominent eyebrow swelling.

Blunt-tipped devices, called cannulas, which do not damage the tissue, are generally used for forehead filling for shaping purposes. Safe application can be made with this apparatus that slides through the tissues. Shaping is done by entering from several points on the forehead. The procedure lasts approximately 10-12 months on average.
