Diet Pastry with Cheese

Fluffy Pastry with Cheese

Ingredients:

For the filling; White cheese (3-4 slices, 1 slice = 2 fingers thick) + Curd cheese (3-4 spoons) + Parsley + Chili peppers

Mix warm water, milk, yeast, 1 egg and yoghurt in a large bowl, then slowly add oil, salt and flour and knead. Leave the kneaded dough to rest for a while to swell. You can place the filling into the fluffy dough and shape it as you wish (I found it difficult to shape it, since I added less flour to make it softer, you can add a little more than measured).
