Fluffy Pastry with Cheese
Ingredients:

Preparation:
Mix warm water, milk, yeast, 1 egg and yoghurt in a large bowl, then slowly add oil, salt and flour and knead. Leave the kneaded dough to rest for a while to swell. You can place the filling into the fluffy dough and shape it as you wish (I found it difficult to shape it, since I added less flour to make it softer, you can add a little more than measured).
