The person who goes from being oppressed to being oppressed, feeling inadequate in every situation and saying "I have no self-confidence" even if he summarizes his situation...
In my opinion; Self-confidence exists in every person. It decreases or increases depending on the situation.
For example, you may not know how to perform brain surgery because that is not your job and someone else may not be able to do a job that you do very well. But this does not make either you or him inadequate.
Nevertheless, if you constantly feel doubtful, unsure, and have a feeling of inadequacy even in a situation where you may consider yourself sufficient, you can first look at who may have given you this feeling. A large part of our personality is formed between the ages of 0-6, so the person who imposes a cornerstone feeling such as inadequacy on you and makes you constantly feel defeated, unconfident, incompetent and powerless is usually the person you deal with during this period who has been your caregiver.
Know well that the positive and negative emotions we received from the people who looked after us in our childhood have definitely spread to today in their current forms.
If you find and break down the transfers you have made, your job will be even easier. ; Which figure in your mind's past makes the person who makes you feel inadequate in your current life?
>Think again now; Who put this feeling of defeat and inadequacy on you? Fundamentally, whose emotions did these feelings belong to, and from whom did you get them? Who wouldn't want you to attract a lot of attention and be seen, constantly embarrassing you and criticizing everything you do?
What are the areas and jobs in your life that you are competent in? What do you do that makes you feel sufficient?
Remember; You are doing things so well that you have come this far! You don't have to be the most perfect, the best, the most super, the most flawless. The important thing is to be "ENOUGH", to be enough... I intend to see myself as sufficient from this day on. . !
