What is the Unconscious?

To understand the unconscious, it is enough to think about our dreams. Because at that moment, consciousness disappeared from the environment and dreams tell us how our unconscious took over us at that moment, but the events are different from the perception of time and space in life. Another situation discovered with the unconscious is that every moment of ours is recorded down to the smallest detail. Studies under deep trance have proven this. Every positive or negative experience we have had in the past, our memories and traumas exist in our unconscious. This includes physical traumas. If we can notice what is happening in the unconscious parts and bring what is happening to consciousness, then we will realize that what we feel is a projection of what is happening.

As a result of examining themselves in depth in therapies, clients realize that there are different voices within them that they have not noticed before. It makes the person feel worthless. These voices, which make him feel inadequate, are internal voices recorded in his unconscious that he heard from others in his childhood and started saying to himself after a while. These voices, which pass through the mind so quickly that they cannot be noticed in adulthood, cannot be managed because they cannot be noticed by the weak self and take over the person. When the client listens to the inner voices within himself, he realizes through therapeutic studies that there are voices in the form of whispers such as "you can't do it", "you can't do it", "you are inadequate". These illusions are made apparent to clients through therapeutic studies. Clients wake up to their own completely different realities through studies such as the person who is freed from the effect of the dream realizes that it is an illusion.

Every event that has occurred in the past and has not been resolved is similar to an abscess in the body. Like an abscess, these too can be opened, cleaned and the necessary dressings made. It must go through an ongoing process. Every unrest, unreasonable troubles, unhappiness, depression, somatization symptoms that a person feels, arising from these deposits in the soul, are stimuli that require him to look at himself carefully.

WE CAN LIKE OUR SUBCONSCIOUSNESS TO THE BASEMENT OF A HOUSE

It's like an area where we store everything and over time we don't even remember what was there. What needs to be done is to shine a light here, see what's going on and clean up what's there. additional. It is necessary to unearth and look at everything that has been accumulated. Taking what is necessary and throwing away what is not will help that area to relax. From there, bringing to light the things that work, repairing the things that are broken and making them functional will increase the productivity of our lives.
