But in certain societies around the world, living a healthy life to the ages of 100 to 130 is considered normal. In certain parts of the world, people can live longer and healthier lives without having all these opportunities and technologies for health. This issue attracted the attention of many researchers and these people were examined. These people rarely suffer from diseases such as colds, flu, allergies and cancer.
How can these people live so healthy and long? The common point in all of them is; Nutrition with high-quality, natural foods with high nutritional value, living in a toxin-free environment, a lifestyle with plenty of exercise or movement, adequate sleep on quality time, sunlight, fresh clean air and a lifestyle with low stress and high family and social relations. p>
