Is That Unhappiness Mine?

What we call human is simply a species belonging to the primate order within the animal kingdom. But primates are distinguished by very interesting differences. While all animals adapt to their living spaces with their physical equipment and functions, they lack a world that overlaps with the human body. How has this being, which cannot exist even for a few hours without care if left alone in nature without claws or fur, has been able to survive for so many years? A mental capacity rich enough to invent culture has achieved this.

The instincts that must be pursued for the continuation of life remain insipid in understanding human behavior. For example, a person does not eat just to be full; he wants to set the table, socialize, decorate the table, dressing is not just for covering up, he wants to be adorned, he wants to dress up, he wants to wear nice scents; Most of the time, he does not make love to reproduce, he has evolved mating into lovemaking. He looks for an object of desire to make love. He is interested in aesthetics and art. He dares to shed blood for magnificence and power, and when necessary, for his obsessions with love and pleasure...

Although it is not in his mind at all times, he knows that one day he will die, unlike other created beings, he is the only being who realizes that he will die... The most joyful one. He can even make himself anxious by triggering moments with strange fears. He reads poems, sings songs, clinks glasses, sometimes he is a friend, sometimes he is cruel enough to beat the wildest animal...

Perhaps the ultimate goal was to get out of creation.

Is it really something that can be explained when it comes to understanding the spirituality of man?

Does humans love life?

Obviously, when we consider it in terms of motivation, they are motivated to live. Looking back over 7 million years, we were able to survive and exist in the world thanks to an ability that is still unknown. While the law of natural selection operates in the evolution of other animals, the increasing brain capacity in humans has supported the development of creative symbolic thought. While there is no elephant saying "enjoy the food you eat", humans have managed to enjoy food and go beyond species-specific behavior. Human culture operates as a buffer mechanism between itself and nature and manages to survive. Human beings are creatures that produce culture, consume the culture they produce, and are affected by culture through what they consume. He has adapted himself to difficult conditions with the very different equipment he has developed through creative thinking and has been able to expand his living space.

This creative way of coping with life has given human beings the opportunity to completely transform their environment to their advantage, enabling them to become autonomous from the restrictive conditions of all the conditions they live in and to adapt perfectly to changing situations. It makes. The effort to overcome this ontologically absolute helplessness through creative thinking remained the fundamental difference that separates it from all animals. What makes a person human is accepting his helplessness in the face of instincts and trying to overcome this situation creatively.

Narcissistic patterns essentially derive from this helplessness and inadequacy. When it comes to narcissism, it should be emphasized that it can also happen to the self itself. Therefore, the libido's investment in the self will be experienced as self-love, self-confidence and self-satisfaction. Since there is no competence to satisfy the instincts, we invest in objects to which we attribute power and competence. This is why we always prefer objects rather than self. In other words, it is always someone else who is loved, admired, and whom one wants to be like. If you pay attention, this narcissistic problem does not arise from the intervention of an external other. Rather, it stems from the reflection of ontological inadequacy, which we can call non-relationship. While a person's relationship with another person creates a situation that alleviates this deficiency, negative experiences reinforce and deepen it. Narcissism is a pattern derived from human inadequacy.

This internal inadequacy and worthlessness of human beings, their aggression towards themselves and their existence, which can be called chronic, turns into aggression towards the self when it is reflected. Blaming the external object for internal inadequacy requires covering up one's own inadequacy. On the one hand, the ego, which wants to be self-sufficient, is fundamentally dissatisfied with itself. That's why a grandiose attitude is taken in order to get rid of the feelings of inadequacy and worthlessness that appear most clearly in narcissistic psychopathology. That's why narcissism is not just a private issue for a small minority of people. is a common problem. The way we contact this fundamental problem with our own individuality determines our personal psychopathology or normality.

TO BE HUMAN IS, ABOVE ALL, TO LONG FOR THE OLD STATE OF PERFECTION. says Chasseguet-Smirgel. Now, what would happen if we realized that it would be in our interest to look with hope after the omnipotence that we have lost through the pain we are experiencing here, all the troubles, anxiety and finally death?

Although one keeps chasing this dream, one intuitively understands that this omnipotence will never catch up again knows. Completeness, completeness, omnipotence and absolute bliss are just a fantasy. To say we lost means, in a sense, that it was ours and that we lost it. Because losing this reign would be less painful than never having it at all.

Life thus becomes an endless futile search for the magical object. When we reach one, it gives birth to the other. What do you think, if one day a person realizes that the reason for his own unhappiness is his own form of existence in this world, and if he can give up the narcissistic fantasy of happiness that is impossible to realize, maybe a brand new door will open?

Is it really our own unhappiness!
