In addition, health problems such as fainting, nausea, and dizziness may occur as a result of water and mineral loss due to increased sweat due to heat. The incidence of diarrhea increases especially in babies and children during the summer months. The most important issue we need to pay attention to in our diet during this period is water consumption. Keeping daily water consumption around 2-2.5 liters is very important for our health. It is better to choose beverages such as milk, ayran or freshly squeezed fruit juices instead of coffee, tea, ready-made fruit juices and carbonated drinks to meet fluid intake, but it should not be forgotten that no liquid can replace water.

In nutrition, fatty foods such as fried and roasted foods should be preferred. Instead, olive oil or grilled dishes should be preferred. We should not forget to consume fresh fruits and vegetables in season to increase our body resistance. Consuming 2-3 portions of vegetables and 4-5 portions of fruit a day will be enough to meet the vitamins and minerals necessary for our immune system.
