Life is always oscillating between chaos and order. While in some periods you may feel confused, meaningless, aimless and disorganized, you may have felt that it has left its place to order, routine and calmness. Chaos and order complement each other in integrity. It is up to us to realize how we deal with these fluctuating transitions.
A person's awareness of his/her unique problem is the starting point of change.
As the person begins to notice the situations and problems in his life, he no longer takes over that situation. difficult to cover. Therefore, the person decides to change it because he or she wants a better or quality life. Noticing or making a decision may not be enough to completely change the disturbed situation. This requires action. Action develops and stretches with experience.
In most problems, we see that there is no change because the person realizes the situation, but because there is not enough courage, effort, and passion to take action. It is through awareness, experience and action that a person learns a new behavior in the face of a situation. Each new experience means a new attitude, and each new attitude means learning a new behavior. The therapy process is an enthusiastic, passionate but challenging period in which the person discovers his own inner resources and approaches himself. Psychotherapy can be a good solution if he says, 'I know but I don't know how to do it', if he needs support to change his life, if he doesn't know how to take action.
However, everyone's psychotherapy process is different. The person may not be ready, may want to give themselves time, or may start therapy very confidently. All is acceptable and normal. However, one of your client rights is the right to choose your therapist, and to start and end therapy whenever you want.
