Our genital organs, just like the muscles and tissues in other parts of our body, may not make us happy due to genetic-hereditary factors, birth and aging.
Genital aesthetics covers the aesthetic and functional correction of vagina, groin area and vaginal lip disorders. It includes the reduction of the vaginal inner lips, repair and reduction of the outer lips, clarification of the upper triangular area, which we call the pubic area, and vaginal narrowing or procedures.
Genital beautification and vaginal aesthetic operations, which cannot be mentioned much, affect a person's life greatly.
Why vaginal aesthetics?
Uncontrolled surgical incisions during vaginal birth, also known as normal birth, tears due to trauma created when the baby comes out, irregular healing and muscle relaxation afterwards or due to aging. Due to increasing hormonal irregularities, decreasing estrogen levels and genetic structure, some women have solutions to all kinds of problems, from color to size (there are deformities that start from 2cm and below and can go up to 6cm and above) from width to narrowness. Pre-Operation Interview During the meeting, your current complaints and post-operative expectations are first evaluated. You will be informed about the details of the operation. Operation Age It can be applied to every woman. The most important point we base here is the completion of physical development, which is usually around the age of 18-20. Inner and outer lip operations do not damage the hymen. It does not prevent pregnancy, sexual intercourse and orgasm. Preparation for the Operation Time Aspirin and similar drugs are stopped one week before the operation. (Do not stop taking the medication you are using regularly without consulting your doctor) It is recommended not to smoke for a while before and after the operation, it impairs tissue healing. When you come to the hospital on the day of the operation, it is important that you stay hungry and thirsty for 6-8 hours, wear comfortable clothes and leave your jewelry at home. You should be at the hospital approximately one hour before the operation. When you arrive at your reserved room, you will be given an oral medication if you wish, which will relax you. Operation Technique Inside the inner lip size n; To prevent linear contracture, the inner lips are reduced using an S incision. For outer lip size; An S incision and/or fusiform tissue removal is performed. For pubic size; Pubis removal or tissue removal is performed. For the labia minora or outer lip; These deformities are less common. Fat injection applications are performed. Additional fat injection can be added after 6 months. Most of the patients stated that sexual intercourse was both easier and more enjoyable when fat injection was performed. Vaginal tightening; A piece of the back wall of the vagina is removed. Since absorbable stitches are used, there is no need to remove stitches. Type of Anesthesia Aesthetic vaginal surgery is usually performed under local anesthesia and sedation. Vaginal tightening is performed under general anesthesia or local anesthesia. Operation Duration Depending on the size of the procedure, it takes between 30 minutes and 1 hour. Healing Process The patient is discharged on the same day, regular dressing and regional hygiene are emphasized. You can return to your daily life after the operation. Since absorbable stitches are used, there is no need to remove stitches. Antibiotics are used for one week. There is no serious pain. Sexual intercourse and bathing in the bathtub are not recommended for the first month. You can take a warm shower on the 2nd day after the operation. vem
