In these days when we end the summer season and transition to autumn; Our body is also preparing to transition from a period of fun to a period of rest.

With autumn; We are entering a period where it is easier to spare time for ourselves and where we have to deal with fewer distractions while planning our day.

As evening events, wedding organizations, and holiday plans are replaced by compulsory indoor activities and spending more time at home; We are transitioning to a period where low resistance and flu epidemics may be encountered more frequently…

 

 

Our nutrition is also affected by this calmness; We should get rid of the influence of popular summer diets and remember that a healthy and balanced diet is the real success in the long term, instead of bikini diets that aim for rapid weight loss.
