THIN ENDOMETRIUM IS ONE OF THE REASONS THAT REDUCES THE ADHESION OF THE EMBRYO IN THE UTILITY IN UNSUCCESSFUL IVF TRIALS. When monitoring in vitro fertilization patients, one of the primary points that should be examined is the thickness of the endometrium (inner lining of the uterus). The ideal thickness is over 7.5 mm before placing the baby. In cases below this value, the baby cannot attach to the uterus, or even if it does, miscarriage results. There are many reasons for uterine thinning. Generally, we can list the insufficiency of hormone receptor cells and receptors in that region and irregular reactions called inflammation. What kind of treatments are there, estrogen drugs, sildenafil (Viegra), vasodilator drugs. The most important of these and whose effectiveness has been seriously proven is Granulocyte Colony Stimulating (G-CSF) drug, which provides thickening in the uterus with intrauterine applications and helps the baby in that area to adhere to the uterus. It improves the protective reaction and increases the pregnancy rate to 44%. This drug provides more effective attachment to the uterus by placing it in the medium in which the embryo is kept in the external environment, called embryo detox. It also makes the needles used in in vitro fertilization treatment more effective. Studies on this drug in the last 4 years have been continuing at full speed and very positive results have been obtained.
