Acid-Base Balance and Grocery Account

I would like to explain a very confusing subject in my own language. Some of our teachers think that the acid-base balance is fixed in a very tight and narrow range and that it can never go beyond these ranges, otherwise situations are incompatible with life, and they are very right.

There is information that is overlooked. What is the reason for the discipline our body shows to keep this pH value constant? So, it must be a very vital situation.

These vital activities are not undertaken by just one organ; as you may remember from our knowledge of physiology, the common goal of huge organs such as the respiratory system, renal excretory system, blood circulation system and liver, which are used in pH regulation, is to keep our body alkaline. - There are chains of reactions to maintain the acid balance.

ACID-BASE SYSTEM IS ONE OF THE MOST COMPLEX SYSTEMS IN THE BODY.

Sir says: "When the acidity of the body increases, it draws Ca (calcium) from the bones and balances it."< br /> This is also true.
Sir says: “When the body becomes acidic, the respiratory system balances it by taking in more oxygen and removing CO2 from the body.”
This is also true.
Sir: “It is released after protein metabolism. The resulting uric acid is rapidly converted to urea using arginine and glutamate.”
A solution is found somehow because the opposite situation is incompatible with life.

In fact, these regulations that we have briefly summarized are the subject of 20 hours of biochemistry courses. It occurs through very complex reactions.

Acidity is such a state that it is the result of the waste products of all consumed foods.
In other words, no matter what is consumed, its wastes have acidic properties. But similar to exhaust gases, some of it contains black lead, some of it is light colored, and some of it contains so little that it cannot be noticed.

The excretion of each metabolic waste product from our body takes place with a cost calculation.
We add to our body. We should look at it like a bank account. We should regard these acid loads as if they were cash withdrawn from our bank account. When we withdraw large amounts of cash from the bank, we become indebted.

However, reducing the consumption of body fat should be the most rational choice.

    This means reducing the animal protein-dense diet, which has the power to change body pH most strongly among the foods consumed. Lemon and vinegar, on the other hand, act by activating the Krebs circle with the citric acid they contain.

    This circle of life provides the raw materials necessary for the cleansing of the body and the detoxification of waste.
