SUMMARY
Anger is mostly an emotional response to unsatisfied wishes and desires, unexpected and undesirable results, and unmet expectations. Anger, like all other emotions, is a constructive emotion that improves communication between individuals when it is expressed in a natural, universal and healthy way, and when it can be controlled and managed well. However, it is an emotion that has the potential to turn into destructive reactions by reflecting on behaviors in an uncontrollable and destructive way. In the event that basic physiological needs are not met, negative emotions occur in the individual. Anger is also included in these negative emotions. If the feeling of anger gets out of control and reaches an unstoppable form, it can have devastating consequences. People who are trying to cope with the feeling of anger should first be aware of and understand what causes anger, its main source and how they can show it. This research provides information about what anger is, what its symptoms are, what causes anger, how to control it, and coping strategies, and it is thought that research on this subject will make positive contributions to the field.

FEELING OF ANGRY
INTRODUCTION
What is Anger ?
Emotions cause the individual to feel good or bad, but they are not sufficient to evaluate the individual as good or bad while evaluating the individual as a human being. In order for the individual to feel positive, his basic physiological needs such as food, shelter and protection must be met. In the event that basic physiological needs are not met, negative emotions occur in the individual. Anger is also included in these negative emotions (Yeğin, 2010). .
According to the American Psychological Association (APA), anger (anger) is defined as an emotion characterized by hostility towards something or someone that gives the feeling that they have done wrong intentionally (Eroğlu and İrdem, 2016).
Psychology includes the feeling of anger within the subject of excitement. Excitement is feelings that are experienced intensely and cause tension and exuberance in the individual. As a result of this excitement experienced in the individual, mental and physical balance also deteriorates. Anger is an emotional response to unsatisfied wishes and desires, unexpected and undesirable results, and unmet expectations (Morgan, 1980; Yeğin, 2010). . Anger, like all other emotions, is a constructive emotion that improves communication between individuals when it is expressed in a natural, universal and healthy way, and when it can be controlled and managed well. However, it is an emotion that cannot be controlled and has the potential to turn into destructive reactions by reflecting on behaviors in a destructive way (Soykan, 2003; Eroğlu & İrdem, 2016).
Anger is a very active emotion in our daily life. If we take into account the current state of the world, difficult living conditions, the safety of the individual and the health and life Due to the insufficient level of health insurance and the insufficient economic level of individuals, it is difficult to meet the conditions and with it, they become helpless and distressed and blocked. The fact that the individual is blocked as a result of these situations causes anger in himself. We can state that anger occurs in three ways; (Soykan, 2003).
The role and function of anger in our daily life can be expressed as follows; Anger is an outward emotional reaction that is not abnormal and must be for the continuity of life. Anger is an emotion that creates a stimulating effect on the individual. Anger is an emotion that warns the individual against internal and external threats and allows the individual to be protected from these threats. Anger is an emotion that benefits the individual as long as it can be brought under control, otherwise it harms the individual and the environment when it cannot be brought under control. Anger is a kind of power and motivation that arouses interest and curiosity in innovations and learning. In order for anger to be a beneficial and harmless emotion in the individual, it should not be denied, accepted, not suppressed in itself, and it should be known what the emotion is and should be revealed in a controlled manner. Anger, which is approved by the individual, accepted to exist and can be named, is a beneficial situation (Soykan, 2003).
In our daily life, anger is not a solution or a tool for our problems. It should not be used in the form of taking revenge on the other person, hurting him, blaming him or showing violence. It is not a way to control people around us, to be right while being wrong, to commit crimes, to harm different individuals (Soykan, 2003).
Theoretical Approaches to Anger
We can benefit from many theoretical approaches in order to make sense of the emotion of anger. evolutionary approaches; Based on the Darwinian understanding of emotion, aiming to make sense of the biological and adaptive symptoms of anger, he argues that, like all emotions, it is acquired at birth and is universal. Ekman (1973) states that the organism's defense against any intimidation, which is perceived as the survival struggle of the emotion of anger. He claims that he has a spontaneous reaction, which explains the feeling of anger as a humane emotion, since this reaction is observed in various cultures in close ways (Dilekler, Ceremony, & Selvi, 2014). To state James' thoughts, it is a bodily reaction of "feeling," which is his familiar connection to emotion and attention, despite emotions. In Aristotle's thought, emotion is a more or less intelligent form of cognition of an event manifested in relation to a passion. Contemporary debates continue with many changes in these two theories in terms of process and structure (Şahin, 2005). They state that the meanings given to emotions in the social sense are a convenient approach to make sense of how anger is experienced. In a study carried out with Thomas (2007); The individual's anger level is constantly linked to situational triggers and the physical and relational consequences of anger. It is stated that neglected disappointments and facing communication other than the level of respect are among the triggers. It has been revealed that people who constantly have a high level of anger have a high need to explain their anger levels physically and verbally despite these triggers. On the other hand, people with low level of constant anger are explained in a way that creates anger in the opposite way, which makes interpersonal interactions more positive. Individuals with consistently high levels of anger are less likely to be frustrated and experience negative lives in which anger is explained, and interpersonal problems are more common. This review shows us that individuals' experiencing anger in various forms is related to many various variables in social relations.
According to the cognitive approach; Anger is a theoretical approach that aims to create the individual's interest in cognitive time, which takes place in the examination of himself, others and life. According to this idea, blocking in the past Based on the idea of irritability, he argues that anger consists of negative thoughts that do not comply with the goals of the individual, and after anger, a predisposition occurs based on aggressive actions. Later, this idea is re-examined and a new structure is revealed. This structure, on the other hand, an involuntary situation can cause negative affect in the individual, and this negative affect makes the attack and distance reactions active in the individual. If the individual is focused on attacking, he or she feels anger and this emotion creates anger potential by passing through different cognitive examinations and causal references. Cognitive clinical theory also takes into account the opinions of individuals about anger, and the situations that cause frustration, hinder or humiliate anger; It suggests that cognitive tenses, actions such as opposition, aggression, and withdrawal, and emotional impulses are effective. The psychoanalytic theory is; He talks about the importance of sexual and destructive motives that are not satisfied with the feeling of anger. Because of the unconscious psychological conflicts that arise as a result of these unsaturated motives, anger can be changed by defense mechanisms while reaching the level of consciousness, or it can appear directly as aggressive actions. The emotion of anger also adopts a warning task that transforms unconscious defense mechanisms into behavior, protecting the individual against internal stimuli and allowing the preparation of emotions. Another function is that it allows to experience purification. However, if it causes the external truth to be distorted and is expressed in a destructive way, it loses its competence (Dilekler, Ceremony, & Selvi, 2014).
Factors that Activate the Feeling of Anger
Experts pay attention to the diversity of factors that cause anger. Such factors lead to inhibition. Block; Desire, need, or preventing an action from reaching its goal. To be explained in a different way, it is defined as the negative affect that occurs in the process of preventing the fulfillment of an object that the person desires, a certain goal he wants to achieve, or the fulfillment of his needs.
