SOCIAL PHOBIA: It includes fear and avoidance of social and performance situations, especially embarrassment and fear of embarrassment. The disorder is very common. It typically begins at a young age and often becomes chronic.
People with social phobia, They can most often be defined as an uncommon type that focuses on fears in special situations such as public speaking or performing on stage. People with SOCIAL phobia can generally be shy, afraid of being criticized, and do not reveal themselves. Panic attacks may sometimes occur, limited to social environments. In addition, depression may also occur. In studies conducted especially in Western countries, alcohol use in social phobia has been found to be 2.5 times higher than in normal society individuals. This can be explained by the fact that alcohol suppresses the superego and makes it easier to behave, which increases the risk of alcohol addiction over time. In a study conducted among alcoholics, it was found that the prevalence of social phobia was 9 times higher than normal.

PANIC ATTACK: Repeat It is a condition that develops with anxiety, distress, and behavioral changes.
During a PANIC ATTACK, the following symptoms are observed:
1 - Palpitations, feeling of heartbeat
2 - Sweating
3 - Tremors or
4 - Shortness of breath or feeling like you are choking
5 - Shortness of breath
6 - Chest pain or chest tightness
7 - Nausea or abdominal pain

9 - Derealization or Depersonalization (Feeling as if the outside world or yourself have lost their reality).

They are afraid to sleep alone in their room because there is someone or something under the bed. They are influenced by the movies. After this age, fears generally subside, but old fears may relapse or new fears may emerge from time to time.
