How Do We Cope With Stress?

Problems that last for a long time or short and momentary uneasiness lead people to anxiety that makes them think that they cannot cope. The concept that follows these concerns and presents itself with symptoms such as negative thoughts, anxiety, hopelessness, inability to breathe, and headache is called "stress", which we all know very well. Stress; In certain situations, it causes people to feel that the event and situation they are experiencing is even more complex, that their thoughts are intertwined, and pushes individuals to look for ways to cope with it. If we consider the concept of stress as a threat, the result that most of us experience is that we feel stuck in an even more inextricable trap while trying to fight and fight against it. Of course, there is a reason why I do not hesitate to list all these negativities one after another. There are possible ways to manage this threat (stress) and turn it to our advantage without being afraid or succumbing to it.

The most important point to know before examining the solutions one by one is this: Stress is a concept that cannot be completely eliminated. For this reason, many books have been written on how to cope with stress, and it has become a part of our daily lives. Work stress, education stress, health stress and many other derivatives are a game of the human brain and the only thing it makes you feel are NEGATIVE THOUGHTS.

These negative thoughts are actually always present in our brain, just like positive and positive thoughts. Stress only prevents us from seeing positive thoughts and channels us towards negative thoughts. And it is at this point that we try to fight stress and defeat it. But the brain is such a mechanism that when we allow it to deceive us, we give all the ropes into its hands. Instead of falling into this situation and letting stress take over us, we should use stress management effectively. Some of the solutions we can use for psychological problems caused by excessive stress may be as follows:

Cognitive and Behavioral Therapy

 Meditation

 Positive social relationships

Regular sleep

Breathing exercises

Do not avoid getting psychological support in situations that you cannot solve on your own. Remember, it takes no time to get help. It is not too late, solving problems while they are small will help you get faster and easier results.
