Although the symptoms of panic disorder are similar among people, each person experiences different symptoms. Not every individual with panic disorder has the same symptoms. Not every individual with panic disorder always shows the same symptoms, their symptoms may vary. For example; While a person may initially have panic attacks that mimic a heart attack, panic attacks may later develop that involve fear of losing one's mind. For this reason, the symptoms of this syndrome, where every person experiences some symptoms, need to be explained in more detail. However, panic disorder has many more obvious or hidden symptoms than meets the eye. The most common symptoms are listed below. There may also be symptoms that you experience but are not on this list.
1. Body Symptoms:
These are sensations that are actually experienced in the body but are perceived as exaggerated and louder than they actually are.
-Fast and heavy heartbeats
-Irregular heartbeats and feeling of tightness in the chest
-Increased blood pressure, feeling of pressure in the head and tension in the neck

-Rapid breathing
-Pressure in the chest

2- Thought Symptoms:
Thought symptoms are as above. These are pessimistic comments and beliefs that accompany physical symptoms and perceptions.

-I'm about to lose my mind.
-I'm losing control.
-This will never end.
-Other people will think I've lost my mind.< br /> -I'm really scared.
-Have a heart attack I'm dying.
-I'm about to pass out.
-I won't be able to get out of here.
-I don't know what other people will think.
-I don't understand what's happening to me.
-I'm always like this I will stay.
-I am about to remove the contents of my stomach.
-I must have a brain tumor.
-I will not be able to breathe and I will die.
-I will die because of the blockage.
-I will behave stupidly.
-I will go blind.
-I will hurt someone.
-I will have a stroke, I may be paralyzed.
-I will scream.
-I will talk nonsense or talk funny.
-I will be disgraced.
-I will be paralyzed with fear.
-I really have a physical problem.
-I will not be able to breathe.
-Something very bad will happen, I will make a scene.
3-Avoidance Symptoms:
-I cannot stay alone.
-I cannot leave the house alone.
-To the barber, hairdresser. I can't go.
-I can't go to the dentist.
-I can't go to shopping malls.
-I can't eat outside.
-I can't go to the theater or the cinema.
-I can't go to the market.
-I can't walk on crowded roads.
-I can't do sports.
-I can't swim in the sea.
-I can't go to a meeting.
-I can't go on a trip.
-I can't cross a bridge.
-I can't go through the tunnel.
-I can't go far from home.
-I can't drive alone.
-I can't go to the park alone.
-I can't go shopping alone.
-Travelling on the train I can't.
-I can't take the elevator.
-I can't travel on the bus.
-I can't take the subway.
-I can't travel by plane.
4- Expectation Anxiety and Related Symptoms
These symptoms can also be defined as emotional symptoms. Anticipatory distress is a general pessimistic feeling about having a panic attack, living with the worry of having attacks again, frequently receiving negative signals from the body, and experiencing body-related concerns.
