Sedentary life, injuries, fibromyalgia, deformities such as hernia in the back spine, osteoporosis, scoliosis, tumors, degenerative diseases or referred pain cause this.

The majority of back pain is caused by the fact that regular sports and exercise are not a part of our lives, which is called a sedentary lifestyle. Poor posture, sitting at a desk/computer for long periods of time, lack of conditioning and weakness of back muscles can cause pain.
