There is asymmetry in our face and body, but it is too mild to be noticed; This is now known, but there are such asymmetries that the midline of the nose and mouth is different from each other, because part of the face is underdeveloped or overdeveloped on one side. There are even more exaggerated asymmetries, which we even call congenital anomalies; Such patients are more common in adulthood. For example, one side of the face is underdeveloped or not at all developed and remains very small. In such people, the continuity between the midpoint of both eyebrows and the nose is not straight as usual, but towards the left and right, and even the midpoint of the lip may be in a different direction. Such patients apply wanting aesthetic miracles. They think that the asymmetry on the face is caused by the nose located in the middle. They apply with a request in this direction. Or, he/she notices the whole thing but expects the whole thing to improve with a nose operation. Such patients should be evaluated with more serious orthodontic facial tomographies. Since it is not possible to correct all asymmetries by revealing pathologies, it is necessary to approach nature in the most analytical way.
