Killing Impulse

In our daily lives, we are stimulated so much by the news of "killing" that almost most of us become accustomed to this news and become desensitized to the subject of "killing" without realizing it (our brain becomes desensitized to repetitive stimuli). The act of "killing", which we witness in many events such as "honour cases, femicide, street conflicts, road fights, debt-debt disputes, terrorist incidents, wars...", will be insensitive and "what does it matter to me!" Could there be an action that would be said and ultimately accepted as natural?

The "drive to kill" exists unconsciously in the basic and most primitive self (id) in every human being. When the feeling of anger prevails, the individual may attempt and kill the life of the living creature in front of him with his uncontrollable urge to kill. Some individuals (who have a conscience and are environmentally sensitive) regret their killing behavior and are known as "prisoners of fate", while others (who lack a conscientious nature and do not value the environment at all) do not feel regret with the thought "I am right", on the contrary, they are proud of themselves and They are called "psychopaths, murderers...".

Even during the war, when the urge to kill is at its peak, a soldier who is captured or lies wounded on the battlefield is not killed, his killing is considered a humanitarian crime. A person who kills in self-defense is still considered guilty and punished, even if the sentence is reduced. As a result, the "urge to kill" is not considered innocent or accepted from a human perspective. The trick is to control the existing "impulse to kill" and respect the "right to live".

There are two alternatives for humans to choose: either they will try to "keep the other person alive" as the "most beautiful creature". or, as a being “turned to the lowest of the low,” he will kill the other human being.
