LEAF PORCELAIN

What is Leaf Porcelain?

Leaf porcelains are very thin ceramic materials that we use especially in the front group teeth.
Unlike conventional prosthesis applications, they are lighter only on the front face without reducing the size of the entire tooth. It is sufficient to make abrasions.
As a result of these abrasions, thin leaf-shaped porcelains prepared by taking measurements are glued on the teeth.

To whom are Leaf Porcelains applied?

It is applied to individuals.

Leaf porcelains are very suitable for a shining, sparkling smile.

Leaf Porcelains are very suitable. What are its advantages?

It is the most conservative prosthesis application and closest to natural teeth because very little tissue is removed from the teeth.

Do porcelain sheets break easily because they are thin? It is very difficult to break. Since leaf porcelains are pressed(prepared under pressure)porcelains, they can easily compensate for the large forces occurring in the mouth.

Do Leaf Porcelains fall easily?
When bonding porcelain laminates, a different application is made than normal veneers. In this application, today's most advanced adhesives (adhesive systems) are used. In this way, tooth tissue and lamina bond to each other chemically and are more effective than physical adhesion.
