How is going to a psychologist received today? Who consults a psychologist?
To find the answers to these questions, we must first ask ourselves. I asked and my answer was
I have awareness, I cannot handle it, I cannot change my wrong learnings in my subconscious on my own
. I need a psychologist or therapist who can do this. That would be my answer
When I think about what other people's response would be;
-I feel bad

-I'm having problems with my children
-I can't communicate with people
-I'm having problems with my boss
-My parents are very involved in my life
-I constantly experience extreme emotions
-I cannot express myself
-I wash my hands a lot
-I am afraid of getting on the plane
- I have phobias
-I have exam anxiety etc.
I can list thousands of problems like this. Those who say that experiencing problems like this make my life very difficult should apply. We should apply when our life gets stuck and we think we can't go on.
They are afraid of coming to us because they fear what other people will think of them if they are seen from the outside. Then
Then, as a psychologist, this question comes to my mind: who could be more important than you?
-If you are there, they are there, if you are not there, their meaning is lost. If you are happy, those around you are happy.
If you are not happy, those around you are unhappy.
If you forget yourself while trying to make those around you happy, after a while you will realize that
you have started to ignore yourself. This is exactly where you need help. For someone to remind you
that you are valuable and that you exist.
You think that your spouse complains about not understanding you and you want him/her to change every time
