Positive Thinking Compulsion

Quantum physics is one of my special interests and I love doing research on this subject and integrating this field with my therapies from time to time.
According to my observations, people have greatly increased their tendency to think positively. They know that when they think positively, they encounter positive events more often. This is a great improvement, first of all, because the way we think has a significant impact on our attention. When we think positively, we pay more attention to positive details and seize more opportunities to positively shape our future. But in fact, most people who follow self-help articles believe that positive thinking has a "magical" effect. Likewise, they think that negative thinking has a "magical" and disastrous effect. The truth of the matter is that human beings are so powerful without any magic in the "matter" dimension, just to put it in a personal development style, and our subconscious mind has such an important point in shaping our lives that there is nothing magical about it.

Positive There is a very important point that people who try to think and acquire a philosophy of life in their lives should know. In the psychoanalytic literature, our mental structure needs to think negatively from time to time. Our subconscious sometimes needs to set up disaster scenarios in order to discharge the feeling of fear, take precautions against possible situations, and contain opposing voltage energy. In fact, this increases the possibility of protection from possible negative experiences.

Trying to think positive all the time is challenging in many ways. Especially if current threatening events are intense and our conditions are challenging, we as healthy people may feel stressed, sad and worried. In other words, in order for our thoughts to be healthy, they must be in harmony with external conditions. Also, when it comes to “release,” there may be issues that are difficult to release for everyone. Or, especially when people with anxiety disorders tend to think negatively, the thought of "if I think negatively, I have negative creations" causes the person to have the "I have to think positive" compulsion and vice versa. it can turn into a message. Saying “I cancel” as soon as a negative thought crosses your mind is a clear symptom of obsessive compulsive disorder.

So what should we do? First of all, know that when your negative thoughts are intense, they harm you psychologically, focus your attention on negative details and put you at a disadvantage in shaping the future in a positive way.

Now, my request to you is to notice the negative thoughts that come to your mind for at least a week and how disturbing or irrelevant each negative thought is to you. Although it seems like writing in a small notebook. Then, for at least a week, you should think about why these thoughts come to your mind and why they bother you. These thoughts are profoundly disfigured and highly meaningful thoughts that exist in your subconscious. Please do not be afraid of these thoughts, which most likely represent your past experiences, current desires or fears, and bend over your thoughts as if you are trying to solve a riddle. This courageous act will show above all that you are not afraid of the thought. In addition, this behavior will have the effect of a child who is afraid of the dark opening his eyes in a dark room. You will be a little uncomfortable at first, but as your eyes get used to the dark, all your negative thoughts will gradually become meaningless.

And remember, love is greater than fear.
