Let me tell you how you make it difficult. You think it is impossible to lose your excess weight, or you think it is impossible in your brain and do not try to convince yourself that you can actually do it. You need to change your mind, not believe it. You can see that it is really easy by starting the diet process. I have summarized for you what you can do in this process:

  • If the word diet sounds like cruelty to you, you can say that I am starting to eat healthy for my body, not diet.

  • How much water do you drink? Did you know that a dehydrated body starts to store fat? Thirst sends you false signals, such as emotional hunger, and increases your desire for carbohydrate-based foods. What is emotional hunger? You have eaten, and a few hours later you feel hungry or you are in a bad mood and constantly want to eat something. If you cannot control yourself at that moment, do not open the refrigerator door or eat slices of baklava. Calmly go to the kitchen and sit down and sip a glass of water. You'll realize that you're really just thirsty. You drank water and you are still hungry. Then eat a carrot or a tangerine. So change your habits slowly.

  • Every evening before going to sleep, write down what you do for yourself and your health. For example; While I wasn't drinking any water, today I drank 10 glasses of water or ate only half of it instead of a pack of chocolate, and walked for 15 minutes. This will make you self-confident and will really help you lose weight.

  • Exercising does not necessarily mean joining a gym. Let me tell you the simplest exercise, dancing. It will both relax you psychologically and help you burn calories. If you say dancing is not for me, skip rope. walk, walk up the stairs, park the car further away.

  • Do not cut the portions in half suddenly. Gradually reducing what you eat will not take you off the diet. While you are eating 8 slices of bread a day, do not eat 2 slices when you start the diet, or do not eat 1 slice of baklava every 3-4 weeks when you are eating 2 slices of baklava every day. When you do this, you will get tired of the diet and giving up will be avoided. Reduce your bread to 6 slices the next day or reduce your dessert to 1-2 slices a week.
