The new year represents transformation in minds and hearts and always brings new hopes. An evaluation is made after the outgoing year. 'This year will be better. I won't make the mistakes I made in previous years. 'I will spend a healthy, abundant and loving year' decisions are made. Sometimes the coming year is really good; Sometimes the past makes you search for yourself...
We are on another anniversary again. There is no doubt that the conscious steps we take and the right choices we make will make our lives better. That's why I have a few suggestions to welcome and live the new year better;
• First of all, let's start the new year by removing from our lives the things and people that divide and steal our energy. There are and always will be people in our lives who demoralize us and turn us off from the things we want to do with their negative statements. We have a responsibility to protect ourselves as much as possible from the influence of these people. In the new year, let's focus on including people in our lives who support us and have a positive approach.
Also, getting rid of items we haven't used for a long time will make room for new energies in our minds and homes. We may not be aware of it, but they also take from our energy in their idle state. Therefore, the first thing to do is to get rid of the excess. Let new and beneficial energies come.
• Then we say health. We know that if there is no health, nothing matters. Eating healthy is the first requirement for our mental and physical health. If necessary, working with a nutritionist in the new year can help us establish our eating habits. Sports and active life are essential for staying healthy. Another goal of ours is to start a sports activity with the new year or to increase our mobility in life.
• Try meditation in the new year for your mental and spiritual health. Meditation means quieting the mind, being present in the moment, thus increasing our life energy, happiness and inner peace. There are many different techniques to achieve this. These techniques can be accessed on the internet; As long as we are willing to implement it.
• In the new year, what will we do in our living spaces such as family, work, finance, health, relationships, hobbies-entertainment, personal development, etc.? We must decide clearly what we want. If necessary, let's write these down somewhere so that our wish becomes concrete. 'What do we need to achieve our goal? What steps should we take for this? Finding answers to questions such as 'Who can we get help from?' etc. will bring us closer to our goal with firm steps.
Deciding to take these steps at these moments when we feel all the dynamism and freshness of the new year will bring about significant changes in our lives.
