Pre-Wedding Diet

Pre-wedding preparations are quite intense and hectic. The to-do list is endless, the organizational details endless. You mostly spend your holidays in shopping malls or furniture stores. In all this rush and detail, it's time for the wedding dress rehearsal. Of course, every bride wants to feel light and comfortable on her most special day in her dream wedding dress... Then take a look at what you need to do until your wedding day...

1-Sleep regularly. Do not go to bed late and start the day early in the morning. Research shows that sleeping between 00.00 and 04.00 helps you lose weight. Continue sleeping regularly until your wedding day to rest your face and avoid edema.

2-Walk. Even though most of your time is spent running around, outdoor walks increase the secretion of your happiness hormone and keep you fit. It will allow you to have a body. Also, do not take your car everywhere and do not use elevators for shopping.

3-Manage your sweet cravings. You may feel stressed from time to time while making wedding preparations, so you may crave sweets. Relieve your stress with chocolate, which releases the happiness hormone. Suppress your sweet cravings with dark chocolate with at least 70 percent cocoa. Stay away from sherbet and dough desserts.

4- Snackss in the bag. If you skip meals while running around, your blood sugar will drop and you may feel irritable and weak. Keep healthy snacks in your bag and in your vehicle. A mixture of 2 walnuts, 10 kernel almonds, 2 dates and 10 hazelnuts will help you come to your senses.

5- Eat colorfully. By consuming different colorful fruits and vegetables throughout the day, you will gain your energy until your wedding day. keep it high. Have 1 red (apple, strawberry, pomegranate,..), 1 green (kiwi, spinach, broccoli,..) and 1 orange (orange, pumpkin, carrot,..) fruit and vegetable a day.

6-Make your skin glow. To have glowing and smooth skin on your wedding day, drink 2 liters of water a day and consume less tea and coffee. A handful of almonds, sunflower seeds and walnuts, which contain vitamin E, 2 days a week your meat. Moisturize your skin by adding 1 teaspoon of flaxseed oil to your yoghurt every day.

7-Eat naturally. Try to eat natural food and home-cooked meals as much as possible. Stay away from fast food containing additives and foods with high fat content such as onion rings and french fries.

8-And the wedding day. Before the wedding day, gas-causing foods (cauliflower, radish, etc.) Stay away from foods such as legumes, milk, etc.: Also, if there are foods you are allergic to (eggs, strawberries, tomatoes, etc.), do not consume them either. Stay away from chicken, fish and red meat that are likely to be poisoned. On the wedding day, you can eat a vegetable dish with olive oil, 1 bowl of yoghurt, 1-2 slices of brown bread, and fresh fruit.
