Today, the name of the corona virus that emerged in Wohan City of China is 'NCoV (Wohan Corona Virus)', which we also know as Covid-19. It is known that the virus, which starts as if it is no different from seasonal flu symptoms such as sore throat, cough and fever, spreads by causing many people with low immunity to develop pneumonia, kidney failure, hospitalization in intensive care and even death in the later stages of the disease. It has been observed that the virus can be infected directly from person to person through breathing, hanging in the air and through water droplets. The symptoms of the virus vary between 2 and 14 days after infection. Unfortunately, no treatment or vaccine has yet been found for this extremely dangerous virus. However, research has found that there are ways to protect yourself from Covid-19.
So, what should we pay attention to in order to protect ourselves from Covid-19? It is recommended to keep the immune system constantly strong, not only for Covid-19 but also for other infectious diseases.

Although there is not enough research and evidence, the benefits of a diet containing vitamin D, zinc, omega3 and vitamin C have been observed on Covid-19, as in other infectious diseases.
