There are many liquids we drink other than water; tea, coffee, fruit juices, herbal and fruit teas, etc. Since some of the beverages have a diuretic effect, they will not meet the amount of water the body needs and will also increase the excretion of water from the body, so it is necessary to get water only by drinking water. If too little water is consumed, disorders such as fatigue, attention difficulties and memory disorders may occur. We have many reasons why we need to drink water regularly.
