What is Hip Aesthetics?

In the form of excess or deficiency of tissue in the hips at an early age; In older ages, due to its deficiency, problems occur in the form of sagging skin tissue.

Tissue deficiency; It can be removed with fillers, fat injections or silicone prosthesis surgeries. Which method will be applied is decided according to the person's body structure and expectations.

In fat injection, the patient's own fat is taken and injected into the missing area. When appropriate technique is used, 75-80% of the injected fat is preserved. Since it is made from the person's own tissue, it is a long-lasting and highly reliable method. The procedure is performed by entering through 3-4mm holes. Another advantage is that there is no incision. Ready-made fillers (hydrophilic gel) are an advantageous method due to their ease of application and not requiring general anesthesia. In this method, the filler is injected into the missing area through 3-4 mm incisions. However, it is a disadvantage that its permanence varies around 4-5 years.

In cases where tissue deficiency is eliminated with silicone implants, silicones are placed under the muscle. 5-6 cm incisions made from the line between both hips are used.

After the surgery or procedure, patients can take a bath on the 3rd day. Care should be taken when sitting and standing for 1 week and 10 days. Walking can be done starting from the 3rd week. Heavy exercises are allowed from the 6th week.
