Anemia During Pregnancy

Anemia can increase the risk of premature birth. It can greatly increase the risk of premature or stillbirth. Since it does not cause symptoms very easily, many people are not aware that they are anemic. However, pale face, loss of appetite, weakness, shortness of breath and edema are among the important symptoms of anemia. Diagnosis can be made by doing a blood count. In pregnant women, treatment can be planned according to the intensity of anemia and the month of pregnancy. One should cooperate with the doctor on this issue.
